I have no idea how relevant or irrelevant scouting is, but it seems thats the only way to get my art noticed.
This post is just me asking:
{A} What happens when you get scouted?
{B} Is being scouted important to my Newgrounds enjoyment?
{C} How long should it take to get scouted?
{D} Will i be notified of said scouting? Or will it just automatically happen?
I have no idea if im good enough yet, but i have a few of my art pieces up, so opinions would be nice, no matter how harsh

A You art will show up into the art portal
B If (A) is not something you care about then no and also if you dont care about being rated
C It's not a matter of time but, it depends on the general quality of all of the art you submit, and you'll also need people to recommend you.
D That i have no idea.
Also, just a reminder since i've seen some folks doing it, Only Original Content can be uploaded any art that you don't own will be taken down.
